§ 127630. For purposes of this chapter: (a)
For purposes of this chapter: (a) âAbortionâ has the same meaning as defined in Section 123464. (b) âContraceptionâ means the services and contraceptive methods described in paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 1367.25. (c) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Health Care Access and Information. (d) âFundâ means the California Reproductive Health Equity Fund established pursuant to Section 127631. (e) âGender-affirming health careâ and âgender-affirming mental health careâ have the same meanings as defined in Section 16010.2 of the Welfare and Institutions Code. (f) âProgramâ means the California Reproductive and TGI Health Equity Program established pursuant to Section 127632. (g) âReligious employerâ has the same meaning as described in Section 1367.25.
