There is hereby created in the State Treasury a special fund called the âIndian Gaming Revenue Sharing Trust Fundâ for the receipt and deposit of moneys received by the state from Indian tribes pursuant to the terms of tribal-state gaming compacts for the purpose of making distributions to eligible recipient Indian tribes.
