(d) The resource family fails to cooperate with a biennial update, as described in paragraph (6) of subdivision (g) of Section 16519.5, within 30 days of the date of written notice by the county child welfare agency or probation department. (e) A resource family approval is forfeited by operation of law, as provided in Section 16519.58 of this code or Section 1517.5 of the Health and Safety Code.
