§ 9-9-222. Repeal and effective date.
The following acts and laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith are repealed as of the effective date of this subchapter: Acts 1947, No. 369; Acts 1953, No. 254; Acts 1953, No. 265; Acts 1969, No. 303, § 17. Any adoption or termination proceedings pending on the effective date of this subchapter are not affected thereby.
