§ 9-20-110. Petition.

A petition shall set forth the following: The name, address, and if known, the date of birth of the maltreated adult who shall be designated as the respondent; The maltreated adult's current location; The name and address of the maltreated adult's closest adult relative, if known; The facts intended to prove the person to be maltreated. The facts may be set out in an affidavit attached to the petition and incorporated into the petition; and The relief requested by the petitioner.
