§ 8-8-206. Approval of rates at regional facility.
Pursuant to Article III of the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact, the State Radiation Control Agency is authorized to approve rates to be charged any user of a regional facility located in the State of Arkansas by the operator of the regional facility. No operator of a regional facility shall charge or alter such rates without the prior approval of the agency.
