§ 8-7-1004. Duties of public employers.
Each public employer shall do the following: Post adequate notice, as provided by the Director of the Division of Labor, at locations where notices are normally posted, informing public employees about their rights under this subchapter; Ensure proper hazardous chemical labeling in accordance with § 8-7-1005; Maintain and make available material safety data sheets in accordance with § 8-7-1006; Compile and maintain a workplace chemical list in accordance with § 8-7-1007; Provide public employee information and training in accordance with § 8-7-1008; and Handle trade secrets in accordance with § 8-7-1012.
