§ 7-5-903. Voter notification.
Except as otherwise provided under federal law and Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 51, the county clerk shall send written notification to a person when: A person registers to vote for the first time; The voter registration of a person becomes inactive; and A person is removed or purged from a voter registration list. If a person is removed or purged from a voter registration list under subdivision (a)(3) of this section, he or she has thirty (30) days to challenge the removal.
