§ 7-11-204. Content of calling document.
The proclamation, ordinance, statute, resolution, order, or other authorized document of the properly constituted authority calling the special election shall state: The date of the special election; The full text of any measure or question for which the election is called; The ballot title, if any, for the measure or question for which the election is called; and Any other information required by law.
