§ 6-85-203. Applicability.
This subchapter is applicable to students who apply for a scholarship under the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship Program — Part 2 for the academic year 2010-2011 and each academic year thereafter. Except to the extent of an award amount under § 6-85-107(b)(2), a recipient of a scholarship under the Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarship Program — Part 1, § 6-85-101 et seq., is not eligible for an additional scholarship under this subchapter. Recipients of Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholarships are prohibited from receiving Arkansas Academic Challenge Scholarships under this subchapter.
