§ 6-64-613. Bonds — Contract with holders and owner.

Any authorizing resolution and trust indenture, together with this subchapter, shall constitute a contract between the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas and the holders and registered owners of the bonds. The contract and all covenants, agreements, and obligations therein shall be promptly performed in strict compliance with the terms and provisions of the contract. The covenants, agreements, and obligations of the board may be enforced by mandamus or other appropriate proceedings at law or in equity.
