§ 6-61-1401. Purpose.
The Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board, in collaboration with all state-supported institutions of higher education, shall implement a statewide common course numbering system that: Provides improved program planning; Increases communication among all delivery systems; Facilitates the transfer of students and credits between state-supported institutions of higher education; and Promotes consistency in course designation and identification.
