§ 6-41-611. Enforcement — Rules.
A public school district that fails to comply with this subchapter: Shall be in violation of the Standards for Accreditation of Arkansas Public Schools and School Districts; and May be placed on probationary status. A public school district placed on probationary status under subdivision (a)(1) of this section shall report the reason for being placed on probationary status: On the website of the public school district; and By written notification to the parents of each student in the public school district. The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education: Shall enforce the requirements of this subchapter; and May promulgate rules to enforce and implement this subchapter.
