§ 6-23-301. Application forms and procedures for open-enrollment public charter schools.
The authorizer shall adopt: An application form, a schedule, and a procedure that must be used to apply for a charter for an open-enrollment public charter school; and Criteria to use in selecting a program for which a charter may be granted. The application form must provide space for including all information required under this chapter to be contained in the charter.
