§ 6-21-703. Public School Motor Vehicle Insurance Program — Participation.
There is hereby established a Public School Motor Vehicle Insurance Program for all school motor vehicles of participating public school districts, education service cooperatives, and open-enrollment public charter schools in the State of Arkansas. Participation in the program provided for in this section shall be optional with each school district, education service cooperative, or open-enrollment public charter school.
