§ 6-17-2605. Employment by public school district.
A lifetime teaching license holder is eligible to serve as a substitute teacher and as a tutor. A lifetime teaching license holder who becomes employed as a licensed educator by a school district shall participate in the professional development programs required by the employing school district.
