§ 5-71-202. Aggravated riot.

A person commits the offense of aggravated riot if he or she commits the offense of riot when: The person knowingly possesses a deadly weapon; or The person knows that another person with whom he or she is acting possesses a deadly weapon. Aggravated riot is a Class D felony.
