§ 5-67-101. Advertising signs generally.
It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to place any advertising sign on the highway right-of-way in this state, except for a sign placed under direction of the State Highway Commission. Any person violating a provision of this section or § 5-39-213 is guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).
