§ 5-53-116. Simulating legal process.
A person commits the offense of simulating legal process if, with the purpose of obtaining anything of value, he or she knowingly delivers or causes to be delivered to another a request, demand, or notice that simulates any legal process issued by any court of this state. Simulating legal process is a Class A misdemeanor.
