§ 4-32-106. Nature of business — Powers.

A limited liability company may be organized under this chapter for any lawful purpose, including the performance of professional services and related activities. If the purpose for which a limited liability company is organized or its activities make it subject to a special provision of law, the limited liability company shall also comply with that provision. A limited liability company shall possess and may exercise all powers and privileges granted by this chapter or by any other law or by its operating agreement, together with any powers incidental thereto, so far as such powers and privileges are necessary or convenient to the conduct, promotion, or attainment of the business, purposes, or activities of the limited liability company.
