§ 3-4-902. Off-premise caterer's permit.

There is hereby created an off-premise caterer's permit which may be issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division to qualified off-premise caterers as defined in this subchapter. The annual fee for an off-premises caterer's permit shall be five hundred dollars ($500), and the off-premises caterer's permit shall be renewed on an annual basis. The off-premise caterer's permit shall be posted conspicuously at the caterer's place of business.
