§ 2-40-808. Submission of sample and test charts.

All blood samples submitted for official equine infectious anemia tests must be accompanied by a properly completed VS Form 10-11 (Equine Infectious Anemia Laboratory Test Form) or other form prescribed by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission. Proof of a negative equine infectious anemia test may be demonstrated through presentation of: The original test record document; An official electronic copy, as defined by the commission; and Other forms as may be prescribed by the commission.
