§ 2-38-404. Delivery to enclosure.
Any member of the Department of Arkansas State Police or any sheriff or deputy sheriff of any county who discovers or is advised of an animal running at large along or on any public highway shall arrange for the animal to be taken up and delivered to the enclosure provided by the county court in the county where the animal is at large. The cost of taking up and delivering the animal shall be borne by the county in which the animal is found running at large.
