§ 2-20-207. Record of cotton weighed.

All persons weighing cotton for the public in this state and receiving compensation therefor shall be required to keep a book or record of all cotton weighed by them, giving: The weight and marks of each bale; For whom weighed; and To whom sold where the purchaser is known to the weigher. The book or record shall be kept subject to inspection by the public.
