§ 2-17-205. Duty to enforce.
The State Plant Board shall carry out and enforce the provisions of this subchapter and is empowered to: Promulgate rules; Carry out necessary inspections; Appoint and fix the duties of personnel; and Provide such equipment as may be necessary to enforce the provisions hereof.
