§ 15-75-313. Class seven permit.
The holder of a class seven permit: May operate liquefied petroleum gas service stations; May sell liquefied petroleum gas to operators of mobile equipment only; May not sell or install any type container or appliance; May not fill any type container except those permanently mounted on mobile equipment; Must provide storage and dispensing facilities suitable to the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board; Must furnish evidence of the following insurance: Manufacturers' and Contractors' Each Person $500,000 Bodily Injury Liability Each Accident 500,000 Insurance (B) Manufacturers' and Contractors' Each Accident $500,000 Property Damage Liability Aggregate 500,000 Insurance (C) Products Bodily Injury Each Person $500,000 Liability Insurance Each Accident 500,000 Aggregate 500,000 (D) Products Property Damage Each Accident $500,000 Liability Insurance Aggregate 500,000 or Garage Liability Bodily Each Person $500,000 Liability Insurance Each Accident 500,000 or Garage Liability Property Each Accident $500,000 Damage Liability Insurance Must pay an annual permit fee in the sum of one hundred dollars ($100).
