§ 15-5-1907. Students — Power to contract.
For the purpose of this subchapter, a student who is a qualified borrower is vested with full capacity to contract and is bound by any contract executed by him or her under this subchapter. The fact that the student was a minor at the time he or she executed the note shall not be a defense in any action arising on the note.
