§ 15-4-3211. Form and delivery of bonds.
Each bond shall: Be signed with the manual or facsimile signatures of the Governor, the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Development Finance Authority, and the Treasurer of State; and Have affixed, imprinted, or lithographed on the bond the Great Seal of the State of Arkansas. Delivery of the bonds shall be valid notwithstanding any change in persons holding such offices occurring after the bonds have been executed.
