§ 15-20-1405. Application procedure — Administration.
The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission shall promulgate rules necessary to administer the cost-share program under this subchapter. The commission may charge a reasonable application fee to process an application for the payment of cost-share incentive funds under this subchapter. All fees received under subdivision (b)(1) of this section shall be deposited into the Arkansas Water Development Fund.
