§ 14-86-502. Penalty.

Any engineer or commissioner who shall neglect, fail, or refuse to comply with any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250). Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) of the fine shall be paid to the informer. Each corner destroyed where there is a failure to comply with the provisions of this subchapter as to corners shall constitute a separate offense.
