§ 14-57-304. Permit required.
No person, firm, corporation, or association shall engage in or carry on the business referred to in § 14-57-302 in cities of the first or second class without first procuring from the governing body of the municipality in which it is proposed to operate a permit so to do. Governing bodies of these cities are authorized to grant or to refuse these permits.
