§ 14-47-111. Refusal of director to serve.

Any person who shall have been elected or appointed a director and shall neglect or refuse to qualify and serve as such shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined in any sum of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300). However, the directors, for good cause shown, may permit a director to resign.
