§ 14-386-405. Election results.

After the county election commissioners have ascertained and declared the results of any election held under the provisions of this subchapter, it shall be the duty of the county court to cause the results to be printed in some newspaper published in the county where the lands lie. If the proposed district has been approved, the county court shall declare the proposed fencing district to be created.
