§ 14-272-101. [Expired.]
A.C.R.C. Notes. Identical Acts 2016 (3rd Ex. Sess.), Nos. 2 and 3, § 127, provided: “Sections of the Arkansas Code amended by this act that expire on or before September 30, 2017, may be removed from the Arkansas Code by the Arkansas Code Revision Commission after their respective expiration date.” Publisher's Notes. This section, concerning the creation of the Rural Fire Departments Study Committee, expired by its own terms September 30, 2017.
