§ 14-23-204. Information recorded on dockets.
The journals required under § 14-23-203 shall include the following information with respect to each claim filed: The claim number, to be listed consecutively; The date the claim is filed; The name and address of the person or firm presenting the claim; The amount of the claim; The date presented to the county court; The action of the county court regarding the claim and the date thereof; and The warrant or check number, and the date of issuance thereof, for payment of the claim, if any.
