§ 14-164-821. Rules.

A municipality or county may provide by ordinance that the municipality or county shall comply with the rules promulgated by the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission under § 19-11-1207 . History Acts 2015, No. 1275, § 1; 2017, No. 271, § 4; 2019, No. 315, § 1010. Amendments. The 2017 amendment substituted “Regulations” for “Rules” in the section heading; and substituted “regulations promulgated by the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission” for “rules promulgated by the Arkansas Energy Office”. The 2019 amendment substituted “Rules” for “Regulations” in the section heading and substituted “rules” for “regulations” in the text.
