§ 14-140-205. Planning for facilities.

The market authority, after a thorough investigation of the marketing problem within its jurisdiction, shall formulate for public presentation a master plan of market facilities as a guide for the further provision for market facilities properly integrated with present and proposed market facilities, subject to alteration as necessary. A program of construction and method of financing shall likewise be formulated.
