§ 14-125-305. Employees — Legal services.

The directors may employ technical experts, whose qualifications shall be approved by the commission, and such other employees as they may require, and shall determine their qualifications, duties, and compensations. The directors may call upon the commission's attorney or the Attorney General for such legal services as they may require.
