§ 13-4-308. Corporation records.

All counties of the State of Arkansas shall maintain corporation records for the county, if they are currently being maintained, permanently as follows: Articles of incorporation; Certificate of business under assumed name; Articles of amendment; Registration of fictitious names of corporation; Articles of merger or consolidation; Change of registered office or agent; Authorized share of stock; Cancellation of shares; and Certificate of dissolution of corporation.
