§ 12-8-216. Salary administration grid.

Should additional general revenue funds become available to the Division of Arkansas State Police, as determined by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State, the division shall implement a salary administration grid for the following uniformed commissioned officer classifications: The salary administration grid established under this section shall set the entry pay level for each of the classifications listed in subsection (a) of this section at five percent (5%) above the entry pay level of the assigned grade under the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act, § 21-5-201 et seq.
