§ 12-10-307. [Repealed.]
A.C.R.C. Notes. The repeal set out under § 12-10-306 in Acts 2019, No. 660, § 3, has been codified at § 12-10-307 to better reflect the provisions deleted and retained by Acts 2019, No. 660. Publisher's Notes. This section, concerning transmission of requests, was repealed by Acts 2019, No. 660, § 3, effective July 24, 2019.
