§ 11-6-102. Certain children excepted from chapter.
No boy or girl between the ages of sixteen (16) years and eighteen (18) years shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter if: The boy or girl is a graduate of any high school, vocational school, or technical school; The boy or girl is married or is a parent.
