§ 1-2-306. [Repealed.]
A.C.R.C. Notes. Pursuant to § 1-2-207 , the repeal of this section by Acts 1995, No. 1256, supersedes its amendment by Acts 1995, No. 232. Subsection (c) of this section was amended by Acts 1995, No. 232, § 1, to read as follows: “(c) All funds collected pursuant to the additional costs levied in this section shall be remitted monthly by the collecting officer to the county treasurer and shall be credited to a fund designated as the Arkansas Code Revision fund. On or before the tenth of each month, the county treasurer shall remit all such funds to the Arkansas Code Revision Commission. The moneys received by the Arkansas Code Revision Commission shall be deposited in the State Treasury as special revenues and credited to the Arkansas Code Revision Fund.” Publisher's Notes. This section, concerning additional court fees, was repealed by Acts 1995, No. 1256, § 20, as amended by Acts 1995 (1st Ex. Sess.), No. 13, § 4.
