§ 46.4801. Curfew and area restrictions on nonresidents.
(a) The Governor, by executive order, may restrict aliens to such areas and apply such curfew regulations as he determines to be necessary to protect and preserve the welfare and way of life of the Samoan people. (b) Violation of an executive order of the Governor made under authority of this section is a class B misdemeanor. Research Guide: 15 ASC 361.
