§ 41.0313. False statements and fraud
(a) Any person, and any parent or legal guardian of any person, who files an application for registration containing a statement known by him to be false, or who procures or attempts to procure registration of himself or another person through fraud, shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. (b) Any alien convicted under this section shall, upon the issuance of a warrant, be taken into custody and deported in the manner provided by law. Case Notes: Alien who makes statements he knows are false in an immigration application is subject to deportation. A.S.C.A. § 41.0313. Rakhshan v. Immigration Board, 15 A.S.R.2d 29 (1990).
