§ 41.0210. Petition for review.

A petition for review may be filed with the Appellate Division of the High Court not later than 15 days from the date of the final decision of the Board; the action shall be brought against the Board as respondent. Case Notes: A petition for review of an Immigration Board’s decision need not be dismissed or be refiled to correct the names of the applellees in the caption when the petition incorrectly included the American Samoa Government, the Attorney General, and the Chief Immigration Officer as appellees.
