§ 32.0506. Commission

Except as otherwise specifically provided, the Workmen’s Compensation Commission shall administer the provisions of this chapter, Chapter 32.06 and for such purposes as the Commission is authorized to: (1) make rules and regulations in conformity with this chapter and Chapter 32.06; (2) select such technical assistance, medical advisors and other officers and employees as may be necessary for the proper administration of this chapter and Chapter 32.06; (3) make, from appropriated funds, such expenditures, including expenditures for personal services, rent, law books, books of reference, periodicals, printing, binding and other necessities, as may be necessary in the administration of this chapter and Chapter 32.06.
