§ 32.0322. Wage rates for apprentices.
(a) The Board may provide by regulation, after a public hearing at which any person may be heard, for the employment in any occupation, of learners and apprentices at such wages lower than the minimum wage rate provided in 32.0320 as the Board may find appropriate to prevent curtailment of opportunities for employment and to safeguard the minimum wage rate (b) No employee may be employed at wages fixed pursuant to this section except, under special license issued under applicable regulations.
