§ 30.0160. Required books and accounts
(a) Every corporation organized under the laws of American Samoa shall keep at its office m American Samoa correct books of account of all of its business and transactions, and a stock book containing the names of all persons who are stockholders of the corporation, their interests, the amount paid on their shares and all transfers thereof. (b) Any corporation organized under the laws of American Samoa shall be subject to the right of the government, through its agents designated by the Governor, or any person who is a stockholder of record of any such corporation, to call for the production of and to examine, in person or by duly authorized agent or attorney, at any reasonable time or times and for proper purpose, the stock records, minutes and records of stockholders meetings, and the books and records of accounts, and to make extracts therefrom.
