§ 27.1006. Landing certificate.
(a) The master of any vessel may not allow to be landed, land, or receive passengers, baggage, goods, or merchandise without a certificate from the Treasurer, enumerating the persons or articles to be landed or received and indicating the place for landing and receiving. (b) The Treasurer shall provide the Port Director a copy of the certificate. Amendments: Subsection (a): added “(a)” designation; deleted “or aircraft” after “vessel”; replaced “Port Director” with “Treasurer”. Subsection (b): added.
